Our products are fulfilled and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider (Printful).

All orders are processed as custom items.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our site.

By using our website, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and images accurately.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen settings

  • Mockup limitations

  • Changes by our fulfillment partner

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected only for orders shipped to New York, in accordance with state law.

If you reside outside New York, tax may not be charged unless required by law.

6. Fulfillment & Shipping

All products are produced and shipped by Printful.

Processing and shipping times vary and are estimates only.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives defective

  • The item is damaged

  • The order is incorrect as a result of error by fulfillment

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on this site are owned by First Ladies and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders cancellations are accepted.

Once fulfillment begins, cancellations are not accepted.

First Ladies is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping information

  • Customs delays (if applicable)

  • Issues related to third-party fulfillment partners

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Because our products are made-to-order, First Ladies does not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a mistake or defect.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Items

All items are produced on demand once your order is placed.

We cannot restock or resell returned items.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variation

  • Incorrect address entered

Please check sizing charts before ordering.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will request a replacement from our fulfillment partner (Printful) at no cost to you.

3. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled.

Once production starts, no refunds are available.

5. Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package lost in transit, we will assist in requesting a replacement, but there are no guarantees as that is a postal service issue
