Shifting my mindset to fuel my body, not deprive it. I’m focusing on increasing my daily protein intake while working on leaning out and burning fat. Here’s my new go to lunch:
Turkey bowls—
+110g lean ground turkey (brown with lots of spices)
+2 cups air fried broccoli
+100g air fried zucchini (1 tsp olive oil)
+60g cooked rice
+15g shredded mozzarella
AND I’m using more nontoxic foods to help improve overall health too

Early this week, we got to celebrate my husband’s promotion to Station Commander. The boys got to play hooky and explore the NYSP Academy with their dad and grandfather who both became NYS Troopers there. I’m so glad they got to witness their father get recognized for his achievements and dedication to serving our community. We are so beyond proud of him and I am forever grateful our boys have their very own hero to look up to in life. @nyspolice #nyspolice #policefamily
